Do you want to file your trademark on a brand name or logo?

BRAND NAME - Typically we recommend you file on the brand name. This is called a word mark.

LOGO - This protect your logo from being used/infringed by others.

BOTH - This is if you want two separate trademark applications filed, one on your brand name and one on the logo. This almost doubles the price, but we do discount the second mark by $50.00.

If you are filing a trademark on a logo only, please upload an illustration of the logo (this should be an image file like JPG or PNG, or a vector file).

Have you started using your trademark yet? If you have not, we will file an intent-to-use trademark application for you, which is effectively the same thing, but obligates you to then send us proof you have started using the trademark within one year and which means you will have an additional $180 to be paid in approximately nine months (which includes the $100 additional filing fee we must pay to the USPTO). We will call and email instructions after you place your order. This does not affect the filing fee now.
