We represent clients nationwide in trademark filings. We are a full-service IP law firm, but focus the bulk of our efforts on procuring and filing trademarks for clients across the world. Western IP Law is a DBA of Vested Law LLP. We formed as a firm in 2014 to handle intellectual property matters, and originally had five partners of whom four were patent attorneys. Typically, patent attorneys have also handled trademark filings as trademarks and patents are filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). We have offices in three states, including California, Utah, and Nevada. We run a tight operation with lower overhead than larger firms and offer best-in-the-industry pricing. We move promptly on the IP needs of our clients, usually filing trademarks the same business day as that on which we are retrained. We can help Amazon sellers file and use trademarks to registry with the Amazon rand Registry and have collectively handled thousands of IP filings.
